Find out one thing you can do to protect you and your family on your next exotic, lifeguard-less vacation.
50 American tourists drown in Costa Rica every year. That's a wild stat!
Some may say, well, 1.3 million americans visit every year, so is 50 that bad? In my mind, yes. That's one family with 1 less brother, father, sister, daughter, mother... you get the picture.
How does this happen, you ask? It is a known fact amongst us lifeguards that when people go to the beach, they go into vacation-brain mode.
Now, I do want you to have an incredibly relaxing and adventurous vacation to Costa Rica, or wherever you vacay, but I want you to come back home alive.
Here is the amazon link to tons of options and brands, which, if you buy through this link I will get a "affiliate" commission for recommending it(it does not affect the price, it just allows me to continue to serve you all and transform your awareness at the beach).
People freak out when they think they might drown, so you never want to "rescue" someone, even a loved one, without a bouy or a flotation advice. If you're not that confident in the water either, be sure to bring one to strap onto you.
Seriously, y'all. This might save your life!
Enjoy the beach,
Eva
